Getting First Page Results in Google
I will explain my code step by step.
Our task is to promote following keywords
1.Real Estate Dubai
2.Sell Properties
3.Buy Properties
First of all I use title tag
Title is always important for search engines bots and also for visitors. Because seeing at the title he come to know what about the page is.
So I put our major keywords there
Real Estate Dubai Sell Properties Buy Properties
Why I not used the keywords dubai for the next two?
When search engines bots reached the keyword "Real Estate Dubai" then he come to know that the page is about dubai real estate. Then if user search the query for
"sell properties dubai" then search engine will show like this

At the second I added description meta
Description meta tags is as important as the title tag. What appeared in a search engines listings is the meta description. Its clear that if we use our keywords properly in the description tag then its shows good ranking. The keywords which I used in the metadescription are highlighted .
Get Latest information on the Dubai Real Estate Industry,Sell & and Buy properties in Dubai,best properties for sale at your favorite location.
Here is one thing I want to explain that , putting our keywords at one or two places could not result in our desired positions. We have to put our keywords in a combination for example,
i)in title tag
ii)in meta description
iii) in meta keywords
iv) in h1 tag
v) in alt images tags
vi) in anchor text
vii) in the footer links
vii) some times in Bold and italic text also
I used meta keywords
This meta keywords is only important to search engines its invisible to visitors. From this meta search engines come to know that what our main keywords are I used here

Can we use so many keywords with in search engines limit. ?
Answer is always no , because if our keword does not appear in the body tag of our page and we used that that’s called spamming and a black hat technique. If we used a kewords more than 6 times that’s also called spamming. In our above keywords properties keyword used 2 times, property is also used as 2 times that’s natural.
3. Body
This portion is that contain most of our data. Its necessary for us to design our contents in this way that we can use our keywords there. Here is our body tag.

I high lighted the main keywords used in the body tag. quality of contents always ensure quality of rankings in serps.if we effectively used keywords in body paragraph its values our title,description and meta also. Quality of the contents is a separate issue that’s apart from this document.
H1 Tag
Its amazing that the contents which are important to visitors are also important to search engine rankings.We always see headings so search engines also . if we put our main keyword in this tag that have a great importance and influnce on rankings.I used this text in h1 tag.
" Welcome to Dubai Property Sale"I used dubai property sale keywords there that’s our main keyword.
Alt tags
Alt tags are being used behind the images. To explain the image and text and some time images disabled browsers this tag is shown in place of images.
Search engines give great importance to the text which used in the alt tags. I also here tried to used our main keywords in the alt tag.

they are all major keywords.

Anchor text
The keywords under this tag have a great importance also. I used this in the footer and also in the body text to give importance to our main keywords.
H2 ,Bold text,Italic text,
Bold text,italictext, h2 or h3 are not as important as h1 , but they all have importance so its good practice to use them . I tried to used h2 and bold on our keywords.
Footer
Footer is much much important . we should use all possible keywords in footer. I examine that the keywords used in footer are ranked immediately. Because they are under anchor text and point to other related pages. That’s important for serps.
